Return Policy

Return & Replacement Policy – Tech Dukaan

At Tech Dukaan we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, missing parts or accessories, or is not as described, you are eligible to request a return or replacement under the conditions below.

⚠️ Eligible situations for return/replacement

  • The product is found to be defective.

  • The product has been damaged during shipping.

  • Accessories or parts are missing from the package.

  • The wrong item was sent to you.

🕒 How long you have to submit a request

You must submit your return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. After that time, we cannot guarantee eligibility. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer.

📹 What you need to provide

When submitting your request, please provide video documentation at the time of un-boxing:

  • The box label must be visible.

  • The product and any accessories must be clearly shown.

  • You should count the items to show everything arrived.

📦 Returning the item

  • Use appropriate protective packaging and a reliable courier service to return the item.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and include all the following:

    • Original packaging and labels

    • Price tags

    • Freebies, accessories, manuals — everything included at the time of delivery

  • We will replace the item once we have received and inspected the return, subject to availability of stock.

🔄 Replacement / Alternative options

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. For incorrect or unwanted purchases—only replacements or adjustments are possible.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we will:

    • Credit the amount toward your next purchase, or

    • Send the item once it becomes available, or

    • Offer an alternative item if you choose.

Exceptions & non-eligible cases

Returns or replacements cannot be accepted in the following situations:

  • The request is submitted after the 7-day time limit.

  • The package is missing original packaging, labels, freebies, accessories, etc.

  • The product is defective but is covered under the manufacturer’s own warranty (in such cases we will direct you to the manufacturer).

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or modifications cannot be accepted.
