1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays).

Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.

In case of high demand, promotional periods, or unexpected delays, processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 days. Customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services, and other reputed logistics and transport providers to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹1,000

Minimum cart value for placing an order is ₹1,000. We do not accept orders below ₹1,000.
4. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Metro cities may receive orders faster (within 2–4 days), while remote or rural areas may take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.) are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.

You can track your shipment using the provided link or by visiting the courier’s official tracking page.
6. Packaging and Safety

All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Our packaging is tamper-proof, shock-resistant, and labelled with proper handling instructions.

We encourage you to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package for any warranty or damage claims.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our customer support at 9175927772 with your order ID.

In rare cases of lost parcels, Tech Dukaan will liaise with the courier company and arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability.
8. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Tech Dukaan will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unresponsive contact numbers, or recipient unavailability.

If a shipment is returned to us due to such issues, reshipping charges will apply.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Tech Dukaan ships only within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations soon.
